Shipping policy

This is the shipping policy of this store, operated by Live Nation Korea Co., Ltd. ("we", "us").

Shipping destinations

All orders are shipped internationally from the Republic of Korea. The countries we ship to are shown in the country list at checkout; we do not ship to countries that are not listed.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country and the weight and quantity of the items ordered. Please check the final amount before completing payment.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after payment is completed. Pre-order items are dispatched from the estimated shipping date stated on the product page.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days to Hong Kong and 5–10 business days to Taiwan and other regions. Delivery times may vary depending on local customs clearance and may be delayed during public holidays or periods of high order volume.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number to the email address provided at checkout.

Customs duties and taxes

Customs duties, VAT and clearance fees charged in the destination country are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is returned because duties were not paid or delivery was refused, round-trip shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

Incorrect address and failed delivery

Orders are shipped to the address entered by the customer. If delivery is delayed or the parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, the cost of reshipping is borne by the customer. If you need to change the address before dispatch, please contact us immediately at the email below.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at the email below with your order number and photos, and we will handle it after review. Return and refund conditions follow our Refund policy.
