Refund policy

Products sold in this store are official merchandise produced in limited quantities. Returns, exchanges and refunds for change of mind are not accepted. Please check the product details, quantity and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour after payment is completed. After that, the order enters preparation for shipment and can no longer be cancelled.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, was damaged in transit, or is different from what you ordered, contact us at lnkmerch2026@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos showing the condition of the item and its packaging. After review, we will exchange the item or issue a refund, and we will cover the return shipping cost in these cases.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. The return address and instructions will be provided by email once your request is approved.

Cases not eligible for exchange or refund
Change of mind; ordering mistakes (including wrong item, quantity or shipping address); items that have been used or whose tags or packaging have been damaged after delivery; color differences caused by monitor settings; and minor size variations resulting from the manufacturing process.

Refund processing
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your card issuer or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Local consumer protection laws
Notwithstanding the above, any rights guaranteed to consumers by the laws of the destination country continue to apply. For example, for items shipped to the European Union, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item is unused and its tags and packaging are intact.
